MANCHESTER CENTER Vt.--James Meserve formerly the ceo of The Art Publishing cluster of New York, has joined Applejack Art Partners as president of the company. Jack Appelman, company go to the bottom and president, is now the company's ceo Paul Wheeler, director of licensing, and Michael Katz, director of prints and broadsides remain Applejack's vice-presidents. Meserve take rises to Applejack with more than 15 years of management experience and extensive knowledge in publishing, according to company officials.

Applejack Art Partners is comprised of Applejack Limited Editions, Applejack Licensing International, Bernard Fine Art, waiting under the possibility of fulfilment Street Editions, Rose Selavy of Vermont and Pineapple Publishing.
