WALNUT inlet Calif.WALNUT inlet Calif.--Rinehart Fine Arts has signed artist Lowell Herrero to an exclusive placard publishing agreement and has released 17 images. Herrero's work has been featured in succession calendars since 1998, and he has been a top-selling Franklin Mint artist as well. The initial offering of work includes a series of cat images, a series of overawe images and a series of landscape/figurative works. "Lowell's work is beautiful and grabs the viewer's attention like hardly any others," said Harriet Rinehart.
