recently made known YORK--Artexpo New York isn't the single show experiencing changes in 2002 Eric Smith said the DECOR expo--New York present to view scheduled for March 8 to 10 is changing its name back to its former Frame-O-rama/Galeria and has decreased in size by the agency of one pier.

"We do not have Pier 94 this year. The leaseholder forward Pier 94 could not guarantee us that it would not be subject to construction," he said. "I believe that tightening the distance population have to shop on the piers will be a virtuous thing. We're going back to Piers 88 90 and 92; 88 will be art (Galeria), 90 will be mixed, and 92 will be all framing."

Running concurrently with the point out will be the EdExpo educational programs, a series of classes and seminars taught on industry experts and sponsored by the agency of DECOR expo, DECOR magazine, Picture Framing Magazine and the PPFA. The classes will be held at the recent York Sheraton, the show's legion hotel.

Like last year, the point out will also feature an industry breakfast. This year's keynote speaker is Robert Dederick, a former economic advisor for President Ronald Reagan.
