MIAMI--The city that not at all sleeps lost a little more repose the weekend of Jan. 18-22 when Art Miami hit the Miami Beach Convention Center for a glamour-filled art extravaganza. With 135 exhibitors from 24 countries and an estimated 40000 attendees, including art collectors and celebrities like Jon Bon Jovi, this year's present to view lived up to its reputation as the "foremost exposition of late and contemporary art."

While Art Miami 2001 was individual day shorter than last year, point out to Director Ilana Vardy was happy to report that it grew on 20 percent.
